Opened early 2009, our Dockside Green location offers an excellent patio space and great waterside views of the city. As a Platinum LEED certified project, the surrounding area offers a balance between urban and natural landscapes. This location has enabled us to further our iniatives and create a truely unique design.

A full compliment of specialty coffee offerings are available, including a wide variety of freshly roasted coffee beans. A traditional lever espresso machine sits proudly on one side of the bar, allowing unrivalled espresso brewing.

Fol Epi Bakery, our adjoining neighbours create delicious pastries, savory items and beautiful artisan breads.

Situated right on the Galloping Goose trail, this area is very popular with communting cyclists and pedestians alike.
